MAYONESA CASERA

INGREDIENTES para hacer mayonesa casera

  • 4 Yemas de huevo
  • 1/2 Litro de aceite
  • Sal
  • Pimienta
  • Ajo

 

PREPARACION

En un plato hondo poner las yemas de huevo, éstas no deben estar muy heladas, dejar los huevos unas horas afuera del refrigerador.

Luego con un tenedor batir muy suave las yemas y luego añadir de apoco el aceite nunca dejando de batir, hacer esto hasta que se espese las yemas y añadir aceite hasta que obtengas la cantidad que desees, el aceite es el que da la consistencia a los huevos.

Añadir sal y pimienta a gusto y dejar un diente de ajo dentro de la mayonesa para que se pase.

Luego utilizas la mayonesa para lo que quieras...

La mayonesa casera queda mejor si ademas de los huevos y una pisca de ajo se agrega una y media cucharadita de consome de pollo.

I was trying to remvap sweet potatos and made the dough with Coconut & Rice flour for my gluten-free amigas. I had to double the water and in hind sight should have added a scoop of the campote to the dough for pliability but they tasted great and my friends were so happy to have a baked goods that were wheat-free. I brushed the tops with butter & sprinkled with brown sugar and baked them at 350 degrees. DELICIOSO!! Mil gracias por la receta chica!!!
